So - here's stage 2. Notice the missing wall & new wood floors. Next up: painting, trim, kitchen island. They finished the sheet-rock & texture today. I'm too tired to take a picture though. We've been cleaning like we're moving out of our college apartment & trying to get our deposit back. Nitey-nite.
