The library 'Bookmarks', at Northpark Mall, has free baby activities during the week. This week we went to Baby Bounce and MoMe Yoga. It was so nice out we were able to do yoga outside! So fun. The babies all enjoyed it. It's very laid back so you're able to feed the baby if he/she gets hungry... and follow along as best you can. We sing nursery rhymes & use the babies as weights. It was a workout! (Although at this point lifting a gallon of milk is a workout for me.) Baby Bounce was fun too. Singing songs, using egg shakers. Who doesn't like a little 'Wheels on the Bus'? It's so nice that places offer activities like this for new moms FOR FREE! Gotta love that. And until Levi's modeling contract comes through, we need all the help we can get.
