We had such an amazing trip to Sonoma. We landed in San Francisco & met a buddy of Matt's for lunch at The Fish. We sat outside on the water (until it started to rain).
But we didn't mind that part so much.
Then we drove into Sonoma. Everywhere we drove, it looked like this.
We stayed at the Gaige House.
I HIGHLY recommend it. We were upgraded to the Zen Suite. They provided breakfast every morning, which was delicious! Ham, cheeses, eggs, quiche, pastries, homemade granola, fruit, organic yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice. The main house has 6 rooms, and then the suites are separate, next to the house.
We had our own zen garden in the middle of the suite,
a private patio, huge granite soaking tub, fireplace!
I could go on & on. We will definitely stay there again!

We got a little nap in & did some exploring before dinner. We went to a well known place in town, The Girl & The Fig. The food was good, but our service wasn't the best.
I had gotten sick before we left town & still wasn't feeling well.
Plus it was about 11pm our time, when we were trying to eat dinner.
Not the greatest timing, but afterward we rested up for the next day!
