This was my first attempt... and I must say, it turned out pretty well! I did tweak the recipe a little, to include some veggies. Who wants chicken pot pie with only chicken?
I got the recipe from THIS book, which is one of my faves. It includes recipes from area restaurants & celebs. It's chock full of comfort food.
Perfect for this time of year.
