Today was Matt's first Father's Day.
We spent the morning with his dad... watching the World Cup & having lunch.
Then I went out to my parents' to see my Dad & we followed it up with some pool time in the backyard.
I think now that we're parents, these significant days take on a whole new meaning. All the sacrificing & loving & teaching & listening & guiding they did... there's no way to repay them. Except to pass it on as best we can.
Here's to all the significant men in my life.
