This restaurant holds a special place in our hearts. It's where we first met. It's where we went the night we got engaged, to celebrate with our families. It's also the chef who made our wedding cake. So I guess it was only appropriate that it was where we took Peanut for his first family outing. Just the three of us. I tried to pack for any possible natural disaster. Fortunately, he slept through the whole event. And by 'whole', I mean all of about 30 minutes of it. Before, we may have lingered over a glass of wine, or a piece of quatro leches cake. But tonight, after toasting each other for making it out all by ourselves, this dinner began to resemble a speed eating competition. Dinner out takes on a whole new perspective when you have a 1 month old sitting next to you. So does life in general.
